Person Specification

Demonstrable experience of delivering large scale transformation in public services; delivering for users, both internal and external, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure we meet stakeholder needs
Ability to take a long term strategic view and translate this into actionable plans that work across the organisation
Outstanding leadership skills - both of high performing teams and in raising standards, with the ability to inspire and empower colleagues to deliver and challenge where necessary. You have a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with structured thinking and logical reasoning that you are able to articulate to various stakeholders, with your excellent communication and influencing skills which you are able to flex and adapt
Resilient and proactive, capable of creative problem solving under pressure with the ability to advise and propose options for the CEO and wider Executive Board
Commercial acumen, with sound judgement, and deep experience of Business Cases.

Track record of delivering large scale transformation
Leadership skills: leading an organisation through change
Strategic thinker who can take the broader view and set the long-term strategy, and articulate a vision effectively, obtaining buy-in and engagement from others across an organisation
Ability to deliver high quality results: you will have a track record of raising standards and quality.

Experienced at a senior level, of transformation in a technical policy and operational environment, implementing legislative change to become BAU.
