Hayley joined CCHA in February 2019. Hayley brings a wealth of experience previously working as Director for people and places at Taff Housing Association, where she was responsible for landlord services, development, tenant engagement, partnerships and repairs.

Prior to that Hayley spent three years as head of housing, community safety and building services at Vale of Glamorgan Council. Before that Hayley was assistant director of housing and communities at Tai Calon Community Housing with responsibilities that included community investment.

Brian is a fellow of the Chartered Association of certified Accountants, having qualified in 1994 and more recently obtained an executive MBA from Warwick Business School. He has worked across the public and private sectors including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Standard Chartered Bank, the Audit Commission, National Audit Office and Welsh Government.

Brian joined CCHA in March 2019 from Rhondda Housing Association where he was finance director since 2015. While at the Welsh Government he was Head of Innovative Funding for Housing and Regeneration and oversaw the implementation of the Welsh Housing Bond with M&G Investments and a new revenue funding stream to deliver 1,000 new affordable homes.

Liz has more than 20 years experience working in social housing sector within local authorities and registered social landlords. She has worked as a senior leader at Bron Afon Community Housing for eight years and has experience of providing leadership, change management and strategic direction covering a full range of housing related services and community engagement and development.

Liz is passionate about improving customer experience and improving outcomes for people living in Wales.

Jonathan Jones joined CCHA in October 2019. Jonny has worked in the housing sector since 2010 and held senior positions within the Property Team at Taff Housing Association, before moving to CCHA as our Director of Property.

Prior to working at Taff Housing, Jonny completed secondments at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and other Non-Governmental Organisations during Military Service.

Jonny's Property Team has been responsible for the mobilisation of the in house repairs team and achieving "substantial assurance" across all areas of Landlord Compliance in an internal audit in 2020.

He works with colleagues across Wales in the Community Housing Cymru network on the Safety and Fire Safety Groups as well as being part of the Carbon Literacy Cartrefi Cymru Consortium.
