Dear candidate

Thank you for taking time to review the exciting new senior opportunities we are recruiting for in the Cambian division of CareTech Education.

We have fifteen SEN schools in Cambian all for children and young people who have a wide range of additional needs. Thirteen of our schools offer 38- and 52-week support. Each one of our settings has a committed, expert and passionate team of education, care and therapeutic staff providing bespoke and specialist support to meet these often very complex needs. Schools are typically led by a Principal, supported by Heads of Education, Care and Therapy. Beyond that we have a team of three Regional Care Leads working with across the thirteen residential sites to support quality and compliance.

We are driven to meet the personal needs of every one of our children and young people and our aspiration is that our provisions are always ‘good or outstanding’ for both education and care. We are now recruiting for 3 key strategic roles, each of which will play a critical role in supporting that aspiration and you can read further details about each of them on this site. For each of them we are seeking ambitious, motivated and energetic people who want to make a difference to the lives of our children and young people and can bring energy and passion to the role so that colleagues are motivated to work with them to achieve that same goal. For each role this will require a skillful blend of strategic and operational leadership.
