As part of the overarching Bridgemere Group the roles will have responsibility for all the numerous and varied ‘in house’ projects.

Project Management

The Bridgemere Group have established a first-class reputation for residential, commercial, leisure and health sector work.

The team provide a full inception-to-completion service, always ensuring projects are finished on time and to the highest possible specification.

The Group project manages all ‘in house’ improvements and expansions of the company property portfolio. The significant size, range and scale of this portfolio means the work is varied, continuous and sometimes complex. This includes the continual expansion and enhancement of the organisation’s significant hotel and leisure complex. This work involves the procurement and management of contractors to deliver stunning facilities, as well as landscaping, infrastructure, and M+E projects. Projects usually vary from £0.5-£12m. All projects are expected to be designed and built to the highest specification while delivering value. No one project is ever the same.
