We are by no means perfect but are growing and continually learning around ways we can do better. Our work around ED&I includes:
- Promoting equality through frequent training to all staff and hiring managers
- Proactively recruit from a wide and diverse range of talent
- Understanding our industry challenges and promote under represented groups to a career in construction
- Continue to review and challenge our existing policies to reflect current thinking and initiatives with regards to inclusion
