About Aldi
Let's introduce Aldi
Aldi is one of the most reputable retailers in the global business market today. Their goal has always been very simple: to provide great value and quality, using leaner and smarter business processes. And it's working. They're winning all kinds of awards and new stores are springing up all over the country as they rapidly increase their market share. They wouldn't be this successful without recruiting strong-minded, passionate people to share such ambitions. Aldi employ over 36,000 people in the UK alone, and are constantly growing.
Aldi have just opened their 900th store and they plan to have 1,200 stores in the UK by 2025. (Not to mention their growing global presence.) But Aldi know their success has only been possible thanks to their amazing Aldi colleagues. That's why they celebrate everyone's achievements, offer competitive pay and create great working environments. And that's how they've become a multi award-winning employer - but it's the least they can do. They know that their people make Aldi mean even more.
Working in our Warehouse & Transport departments
Aldi have now got thirteen Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) throughout the UK and Ireland.
They all focus on getting great quality products to their stores. But it’s a huge task, which is why every RDC is split into four key areas: Transport, Warehouse, Maintenance and Quality Control. So just how do they keep things running so smoothly? With a lot of trust and support. Everyone is respected and listened to, and they know exactly what’s expected of them. So while people join for the hard-working team spirit and Aldi culture, they stay for much more.
