We provide housing, support, and other community related services, specialising in supporting people with learning difficulties and mental health conditions. We are one of just a few organisations offering the opportunity for people with disabilities to own their own home. Advance Housing and Support Limited is a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and a Registered Housing Provider.
Our vision is to transform the lives of people with a disability or mental health condition by providing the best quality housing and support services. We want to enable our customers to live the lives they choose, achieve their personal goals, feel valued and know their voices are heard.
Our journey began in 1974 when we supported four people coming out of institutional care with their dream to live independently in the community. Today, we provide homes and support to thousands of people across the UK, enabling them to achieve their aspirations and live the lives they choose. We’re proud that we offer a whole load of affordable options under one roof which means people can pick and choose as they wish.
We provide a number of different types of services, including small-scale residential care homes, supported living services, shared ownership homes, community support services and day services. We operate over a large geographical area across the Midlands, London, South East and South West. We have offices in Witney (Oxfordshire), London, Leicester, Camborne (Cornwall) and Ferndown (Dorset).
We know our people are our greatest asset: we can only deliver great services to our customers if we can attract and keep the right people.
