The Digital, Data and Technology function

The newly formed Digital, Data and Technology Directorate is responsible for leading and delivering the organisations digital, data and technology solutions including our three-year organisation wide digital transformation programme.

We are implementing a new operating model for the team and looking to improve our governance and management of systems and data. We have high ambitions, and aspire to be a fully digitally enabled organisation able to benefit from new technologies, including generative artificial intelligence.

Our digital vision is for our digital solutions to exceed expectations, and data is secure, integrated and easily accessible to all who need it. This drives innovation, impactful service delivery and insights that can shape the whole system.
