Having been established since 2002, we are recognised throughout the industry as a professional provider of consultancy services in relation to Building Control, Health and Safety and Construction Design and Management (CDM).

Based from our head office in Colchester, we pride ourselves in the development of our expertise of projects across the domestic and commercial markets. Working across London, Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire, our Building Control Surveyors have complete flexibility in terms of where they are based, either at head office, working from home or a mixture of the two. We cover any size of project from minor building works to complex multi-million-pound developments. As Approved Inspectors, we are licensed by the Construction Industry Council Approved Inspectors Register (CICAIR) and fully comply with their Code of Conduct, for which we undergo rigorous assessment every 5 years.

We have grown from a small family business into a large company at a steady pace, but continue to recognise the importance of work/life balance and we pride ourselves on good staff retention.
