Welcome to our microsite! We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who will be able to work in our call centre and direct people to the most appropriate kind of help that they need to renew their visas or apply for EU settled status on-line. We’re looking for people with a passion for communication and an ability to deal with all sorts of people who may call in asking for help. You’ll be able to thrive in a busy call centre, enjoy working with others as part of a team and dealing with customers. We’re starting small in January but looking to have the full call centre up and running by the end of March. We're right by Coventry station and a stone’s throw from the city centre in beautifully refurbished offices. Please have a look around our site and see what vacancies we have.
About We Are Digital
We Are Digital began back in 2012, when we saw a need for tailored, personal computer training in the home to help plug the UK’s growing IT literacy gap, especially among older people. Due to our success in ‘home training’, we soon found ourselves expanding our network and providing bespoke courses.
We Are Digital, the UK’s leading digital and financial inclusion education provider now work with some of the UK’s largest housing associations, companies, charities and the Home Office to deliver basic digital skills group courses, digital champion workshops and 1:1 home training.
Our aim is make digital exclusion extinct!
EU Settlement Scheme
We Are Digital, the UK’s leading digital and financial inclusion education provider, has been asked by the Home Office to provide Assisted Digital support for the new EU Settled Status application process.
When the UK leaves the EU on the 29th March 2019, the EU Settlement Scheme application process for resident EU citizens and their family members – to obtain the status they will need to continue to live and work in the UK after the end of the planned implementation period, will be fully open.
As a result we have opportunities for Call Centre Operatives to join our newly created team in Coventry.
