I would like to thank you for your interest in joining the Wales Air Ambulance Charity as our next Chief Executive.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us to lead the Charity on its journey of continuous improvement and to roll out our ambitious strategic plans.

We have a bold vision to ensure that the people of Wales receive the best care and support from our dedicated team of medical professionals.

We are the only air ambulance charity based in, and dedicated to, Wales and we rely solely on donations to fly our helicopters. We believe that this gives us a unique opportunity to provide seamless care across Wales.

We are proud of our excellent reputation amongst our partners, Welsh Government and the communities that we work with.

We regularly receive heartfelt thanks from individuals and their families who have used our lifesaving services, detailing the significant difference that our support has made to them; many of whom become fundraisers for the Charity.

Our strategic plans set out how we will meet the needs of the population who require the very best care.

Our Board of Trustees brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to the Charity which helps us to shape our culture and set the direction of our work.

We have a fantastic team of just over 100 employees and in the region of 650 volunteers, working together as one team to achieve our vision and mission; we value and respect everyone’s contribution to this, no matter what role they play; they are committed to supporting the Charity in its mission and vision.
