A Uniquely different application process
Stage 1: Sift Questions
This is your chance to show us what you're made of! Instead of listing your past experiences, you'll answer thought-provoking questions that allow you to demonstrate your skills and potential in a theoretical context. We're looking for self-awareness, adaptability, excellent communication, commercial awareness, and a genuine motivation for (and understanding of) the role. It's less about telling us what you've done and more about showing us how you'd approach challenges and opportunities as a Junior Field Sales Representative.
Stage 2: Interview
Think of this as a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll expand on your responses from Stage 1, giving you the opportunity to further showcase your personality and passion. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether Uniquely is the right fit for you. The only difference is, as this is a sales-centered role, the interview will begin with an opportunity for you to show us your ‘cold sales’ skills. This means that you’ll need to come in pitching yourself to your interviewer before the conversation starts. But don’t worry! We’ll send you resources and information to help you prepare if you’re invited to this stage.
Stage 3: Day in the Life Assessment Centre
This is where the real fun begins! Our assessment centres are designed to be a valuable experience, regardless of the outcome. We'll start with training, teaching you key skills needed for the role. Then, you'll put those skills into practice through interactive activities, collaborating with other candidates. You'll gain a real insight into what it's like to be a Junior Field Sales Representative, so you’ll be fully convinced that Uniquely is where you want to build your career.

As a Junior Field Sales Representative, you'll start with a basic salary of £25,000 per year – and that's just the beginning. With our uncapped commission schemes, you can expect around £40,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) annually. And to make this opportunity even sweeter, you'll also receive a company car and fuel expenses.

You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're set up for success as a Junior Field Sales Representative. This includes full onboarding and product training to get you familiar with our products, services, and processes.

Once you start, you’ll receive a company car complete with allowance for fuel. This will allow you to get around your territory with ease and connect with homeowners. As this is a crucial requirement of your role, you must have a valid driver's license when you join.
While the car is primarily for work purposes, you are welcome to use it for personal use outside of work hours, such as social events, domestic errands, and leisure activities. However, please remember that the car cannot be used for any other work-related activities outside of your role at Uniquely.
