Time 4 U Ltd is a CQC registered independent sector providing publicly funded services to the NHS and Local Authorities. They offer supported living services and rehabilitation on the short, medium and long-term using various evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on the positive behaviour support approach to care.

They believe that investing in their staff is key to providing high quality care and so they provide staff training and supervision as a fundamental part of personal and professional development. To ensure consistency in their delivery of care, all of their supported living services are designed to incorporate their 6 core beliefs, also known as their ‘ENABLE’ mantra.

Time 4 U Ltd are consistently trying their best to secure further funding / housing to provide safe and friendly living environments for as many residents as possible. They currently have 30+ residents who have been referred to them via local authority who are waiting to secure their placements in the new year. In order for them to be able to support them to the very best of their ability they need to grow their family of Support Workers and this is why they are looking to speak to you!
