“Since the acquisition of the portfolio and launch of The Arch Company in Feb 2019, we have continued to grow and invest in the talent of our business. We have grown from 90 to 150 employees in just over a year as we continue to “Build the machine” with the right systems, processes, data and business infrastructure. As a company, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best people. We aim to provide a working environment that is flexible, respectful and connected as a mutidisciplinary team.
