Stephen George started the practice in 1970 and since then we have grown steadily, now having offices in Leicester, Leeds, Birmingham, London, and Solihull.

Our determination to provide a first-class service has generated client relationships across both the private and public sectors. At the heart of this is caring about our employees and clients; maintaining long lasting relationships in both areas.

We specialise in many industry sectors, allowing clients to work with us on a wide variety of project types including those which cover many different building types within the same project brief.

Our award-winning creative team respond rapidly to client requirements, applying technical expertise and commercial realism to effectively resolve complex issues and produce well-designed, innovative and deliverable buildings.

Our senior management team encourage our employees to bring forward ideas which will help the organisation remain cutting edge and highly efficient, enabling us to be adaptable to future changes in the industry. Our performance management system ensures all staff get three formal reviews a year, with clear objectives set to meet the level of performance you choose.

The last fifty years have undoubtedly been a real success. However, to ensure the next fifty years is just as exciting, we are embarking on our next period of strategic growth. We are seeking to expand our team in Leicester and Birmingham with three key appointments.
