The school is popular – always oversubscribed beyond our admission limit – and well respected in the local community. We are a successful school with a large Sixth Form located near Willenhall, with easy access to the M6 motorway network.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Religious Education to teach KS3 and 4, with the possibility of KS5. We are seeking a practising Catholic able to support and uphold the Catholic life of the school.

The RE Department at St Thomas More Catholic School consists of an aspirational team of colleagues who are experts in their field. The spiritual, pastoral, social and academic needs of the children in our care is at the centre of all we do. A member of the local RE Cluster, we engage and collaborate on a variety of levels with local Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in a range of activities and enjoy solid and continuously improving links with our local parishes.

Within the wider school community, the RE Department remains firmly at the centre in ensuring that, in partnership with SLT and the Headteacher, the Catholic life and mission of our Catholic community is ever present, ever visible and ever developing.
