Sixth Form Pastoral and Student Support

37.00 hours per week, Term Time only plus 2 days (2 days to be worked during August on GCSE and A Level Results days)
NJC SCP 17-20 - £30,060-£31,586 per annum,

Pro rata (actual salary £26,236.13 - £27,568.01)

An opportunity has arisen to appoint to the post of Sixth Form Pastoral and Student Support.

The successful appointee should:

• Possess well developed written and oral skills
• Be able to demonstrate experience of working within an educational environment.
• Be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively with young people in education or a related area.
• Be able to support the welfare and pastoral needs of KS5 students.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate young people.
• Contribute, where appropriate, to the KS5 Enrichment programme.
• Be a team player, but be able to use own initiative and act independently when required.

Closing date: 12 noon, Wednesday 8th January 2025
Interviews: Week beginning Monday 13th January 2025
