My name is Derek Leith and my role is Regional Sales Manager for the North of the UK. My team of 4 Areas Sales Managers and I oversee product sales in over 28 stores in my region. I have been with Sony in various roles for over 20 years, and my main objective is to develop and retain a loyal, passionate team of Sales Promoters and Area Sales Managers who want a career with one of the world’s most exciting brands. Selling fantastic products is our main goal but career growth and development is also at the heart of what we do.

With over 23 years’ experience in FMCG industry, I gained an extensive experience in leading teams of staff to the achievement of excellent results. People are at the corner stone of my way of working and career progression of the my team is paramount.
