The largest provider of 16 to 18 education in the West Midlands is seeking to appoint an ambitious individual to join its dynamic executive team.

The college is entering into an exciting new phase of development with multi million pound investment programmes to create specialist, new facilities including; a new partnership development at the state of the art midland hospital; a centre of technical excellence for advanced engineering and construction; a new Adult and Young People Skills centre; State of the art science and technology facilities at our Cadbury college centre and a brand new business support and training centre in the heart of Birmingham's business district.

These plans will see investment of over £40m. This investment in our curriculum development will see employers put at the heart of future plans and the college intends to be the premier destination for school leavers.

These plans mean we are now seeking an exceptional individual to join our leadership team to deliver these ambitions. This is a major opportunity to join the College and form part of our most senior leadership succession plans.

This new, exciting opportunity will work across Centres and deliver the next phase of the College’s plans. The successful candidate will have a depth of previous experience managing and developing curriculum, be a big picture thinker with innovation at their heart. They will understand a broad range of themes and developments linked to the FE sector including education policy and reform; and the importance of changes needed to continue the success of the college in growing it's 16-18 provision.

Equally as important is the ability to showcase an institution and its impact across multiple sites, whilst demonstrating inspirational leadership abilities.
