New Members Sales Advisor – Multiple Roles and intake dates
Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol
Salary: £23,690 with an OTE of up to £28,416
Full Time – Permanent – 35 Hours a week

Your New Role
Working for a well-established, market-leading breakdown provider with an exciting future ahead, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members, dealing with only inbound calls and queries. You will be operating in a fast-paced environment, handling all customer requests, and delivering the best outcomes for our new members. You will be responsible for introducing new members to our incredible range of products and services, whilst getting to know our members to understand the right outcomes for all our customers’ needs.
What you’ll need to succeed
Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in their day-to-day work, whilst remaining customer focused and delivering the best outcomes for our members. You will have the ability to achieve performance targets to meet business objectives, with a basic understanding of computer systems. The right candidate will have customer service experience, with a willingness to work within a sales environment. Previous experience in the sales industry will be advantageous, as well as a background in the hospitality and retail sectors.
