I am one of the luckiest ones - I get to go to work everyday and work with inspiring young people! Although, working in an SEMH school is very much like Marmite - You love it or hate it. Working at QHS - It's definitely a 'love it' response - you are provided with the relevant CPD opportunities and support to build a tool-box of wealthy knowledge and skills that support your practice to provide the young people in your care with opportunities to develop and grow to be successful in their wider communities and have efficient knowledge and skills to enter adulthood in a successful way.
