Job role
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our wonderful school and help to support our exceptional students. We are currently looking to appoint a Human Resources Administrator to play an integral role in supporting all HR processes within the School. Responsibilities will include supporting the oversight and coordination of recruitment and performance management processes and providing effective and efficient administrative support in line with school policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will contribute to the overall ethos, aims and values of the school, promoting a positive image within the school and wider community.

Required Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working within HR
• Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, in person, telephone and written
• Educated to degree level
• High level of computer / IT skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• CIPD HR qualification (desired)
• Experience of working in an education setting (desirable)
