Our recent D&I activities
A few weeks ago, we released our 2022 Diversity Pay Gap Report and found that we had reduced our Gender Pay Gap for the fifth consecutive year (6.8%)!
In the last twelve months we’ve also launched our Family Inclusion Network; our latest addition to the roster of Advanced D&I networks!
D&I leaders within Advanced have been the driving force behind the incorporation of a variety of policy changes that include included Sharon’s Policy’ - a Domestic Abuse Policy, Menopause Manager Guidelines, and we recently became an Endometriosis Friendly Employer.
We hope that by implementing these changes and by exemplifying one of our core values: Different Together, we can ensure that we are an inclusive and equitable business for all.
