Officeinsight are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be generating new business enquiries for the company by networking with property agents, surveyors and other professionals in the industry. All our work is in the commercial refurbishment and fit out sector with a sharp focus on large clients with national coverage.
Due to an influx of exciting projects, our team needs strengthening and we are looking to bring people onboard who share our vision of becoming a go-to workplace design and build company.
To work with the Directors and Marketing team on the implementation of the company’s business development strategy within the North West
Developing and maintaining a network of contacts with specialist consultants and suppliers to position the company to bid and secure projects
Already experienced as a business development manager you will be able to demonstrate good relationship building skills and have a keen eye for qualifying biddable projects.

Location
We are based at the below office, and part of your work will be based their to aid collaboration and ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our customers. However your role is customer facing, and we expect you to be meeting clients away from our offices, including working from home preparing meetings. As such the role offers true flexibility, and a hybrid model of working.
