This management team post is key to shaping and delivering our strategy. Your mission; to nurture the power, commitment and energy in the team.  You will be engaging with elected Members and officers, as a trusted advisor.  Along with leading and reviewing the most complex audit assignments, part of the work is transformational in nature. This means you will be able to showcase your professional initiative and creativity, your potential to empower and motivate others, collaborating and engaging with clients to navigate challenges to the right outcomes. All this takes place in the glorious County of Norfolk.
