We encourage everyone to take the time to complete relevant training exercises they are interested in and beneficial to their role. We run monthly ‘Focus Fridays’ which is dedicated time for the team to focus on their individual training and development.
The entire DDaT Team have memberships for both Pluralsight and BSC – The Chartered Institute for IT.
BSC – The Chartered Institute for IT membership includes access to exclusive training and courses, industry reports, newsletters and commissioned research alongside a renowned membership magazine, ITNOW. They also run lunch and learns and with guest speakers on a wide range of IT related topics.
Pluralsight has thousands of training courses and is uniquely tailored to you – your training path will be aligned to specially developed training pathways for each Team within DDaT and you can take an assessment to make sure you are learning the skills that are relevant to you. Our bespoke training pathways cover the following areas for example:
