We are looking for an established and talented L&D Design and Learning Technology Specialist to join Miles & Barr Group, where you will use your experience and understanding of L&D principles and technology to enhance the learner experience. In this role you will play an integral part in our longer term people strategy, creating blended learning solutions which engage the audience both digitally and face to face, taking full accountability for the design of the learning academy as well as launching our first ever LMS.

We are East Kent’s market-leading independent property group with 12 sales offices, three lettings offices and a head office in Sandwich.

Founded in 1999, our company has grown organically and through acquisitions to establish specialisms in selling and buying homes, lettings, property management, relocations, financial services, and commercial sales and lettings.

Acquired in a shareholder buyout in March 2020, my fellow Directors and I have ambitious growth plans across all business divisions and have been investing in our people to ensure we are best placed to do so. We live by our mantra, ‘valuing people, not just property’, and as such have created a loyal, dedicated and expanding workforce that has grown to 225 employees in the last year.
