About the team

The electrical and lift team are a professional electrical and lift engineering department.

The team are responsible for the delivery of all Lift and Electrical works for the Housing Capital Improvement Programme.

This includes the initial project planning, contract preparation and on-site monitoring of all works for the electrical and Lift works.

Some of the key areas covered by the team include:

• Technical survey

• Electrical Condition Report

• Budget Valuations of works undertake

• Technical Performance Specifications (Tendering)

• Completion and Hand-Over certificatio

• Forward planning for life cycle cost benefit replacement

• On site quality control inspection of works

We are seeking to engage with experienced and qualified electrical professionals seeking to join a team of dedicated technical electrical professionals looking to improve the quality of existing electrical systems and meet the expectation of our stakeholders – Islington Residents.
