Building Control is an integral Council service within the Place Department, working corporately to deliver the Council’s ambitions. Croydon Building Control is at the forefront of this change, advising clients on a wide range of projects including new schools, community facilities, domestic homes and commercial schemes, as well as many tall buildings.
