Digital Transformation is at the heart of our recently released 10-year Strategy. We have the ambition to expand our technology capabilities, to enable innovation, and to deliver better services for our students and staff. This is an exciting time in Digital Services as we transform ourselves, with pace and agility, to help the University achieve its vision to provide inspiring education and research, working in partnership with our communities to become a truly inclusive university.

As Digital Services, we sit within the Estates and Digital Services Division, recognising that the future is both working in tandem. Our challenge is to provide a seamless experience between the physical and the digital, where digital helps us to make a transformative impact to our students and staff. Significant investment is planned to enable us to deliver our new Digital Strategy and meet the expectations of our students, who have grown up as digital citizens and expect a technology rich experience from University life.
