Thank you for your interest in becoming Headteacher of Thrussington CE Primary School and Scalford CE Primary School.

This is a unique opportunity to lead two much‑loved village schools with strong identities, rich histories and close-knit communities who care deeply about their children and their schools. Each school has many strengths to build on—committed staff, supportive governors, engaged families, and pupils who are curious, kind and ambitious.

Our shared goal is to consolidate those strengths and improve further, ensuring consistently excellent outcomes and experiences for every child. While each school will retain its own identity, character, and community voice, this role offers the opportunity, with the support of each school's Assistant Headteachers, to further the strategic development of the school's curriculum and staff collaboration to benefit the educational outcomes for all pupils.
