Your new role

I’m thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst. In this position, you will conduct detailed analyses of business processes, systems, and user needs. Stakeholder management is another key aspect of this role. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and constraints. Facilitating effective communication between business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders will be crucial. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are adequately addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

In terms of solution design and validation, you’ll work with architecture, engineering, data, and operations teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and user needs. You’ll validate proposed solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback sessions, ensuring that delivered solutions are of high quality and meet business objectives.

Continuous improvement is a core part of this role. You’ll identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implementing best practices for business analysis and product management, you’ll stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Mentoring and leadership are also vital components. You’ll provide guidance and mentorship to business analysts and product owners, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Leading by example, you’ll demonstrate best practices in business analysis and product ownership.

Additionally, you’ll play an active role within the broader Technology Enablement team, supporting the team lead and working closely with colleagues to ensure frameworks, best practices, tools, processes, and key templates remain up to date and relevant. You’ll also assist with the introduction of new IT services and solutions, providing guidance and training to users as appropriate, in conjunction with the IT Trainer.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in business analysis and product ownership, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
