At its heart, this series of investments aims to transform the learning, teaching and research environment for students and staff. Our ambition is to make Kingston University – and the borough – the best place in London to learn, live and work.

As part of our transformation, we have already initiated a £27m investment in IT. In addition to refurbishment works across all campuses, there is a £55m development proposed for our central Penrhyn Road site. Replacing the current Town House will be a landmark building designed by the award-winning Grafton Architects. Planned facilities include a fantastic learning resources centre, an auditorium, a café and attractive, new, public landscaped areas.
