Thank you for your interest in joining INTO University Partnerships in this critical Facilities Management role, leading on all property and facilities related matters across a diverse group of buildings located on-site at the University of Exeter.

INTO are an organisation working in partnership with a range of leading British Universities, investing in the continuous development of world-class international student centres. Each INTO centre is managed by a joint venture management board, by which INTO and the partner university (University of Exeter) are equal shareholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a facilities operation, as part of the role joining the Senior Management Team, working to achieve continuous improvement and a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate a track record in overseeing a facilities operation as a Facilities Manager, in an environment where end customer satisfaction is critical and stakeholder engagement and liaison skills are imperative.
