About Inspyre Plus

At Inspyre Plus they are passionate about allowing young people to develop and flourish into leading successful adult lives. They do this by supporting children and young people in a variety of settings within the community, the people they support often have special educational needs or difficulties; disabilities; emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.

Their ethos is to a build positive relationships with all the children and young people they support by providing an engaging, friendly and safe environment, and providing opportunities for them to build self-esteem, resilience and inclusion, where they can make positive life choices. Therefore, they look for people who share this passion and have a desire to work alongside an organisation that always puts the care and support of young people as their first priority. This coupled with their ongoing commitment of personal development and support to their staff team, means that it isn’t only our young people that benefit, but the entire team.

Insypre Plus are expanding their provision and making an application to Ofsted, to register a Residential Children’s Home in South Gloucestershire. A unique opportunity has arisen for Residential Child Care Workers to join their team, caring for and supporting children and young people.
