iMap is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer, and is well on its way to achieving level three status. We would then be one of the very few Social Care employers that is proud to have achieved the same level as Channel 4 the NHS and the BBC.

Our expertise in Autism and learning disabilities means that we see potential not barriers in our workforce, with approximately 25% of our staff having an additional need or disability.
