The Hospital of God are looking for a Registered manager who can lead and motivate the team at Gretton Court to achieve the very best person centred care for the people who call Gretton Court home.

You will be passionate about providing the very best care for people living with a dementia, have a real affinity for the Hospital of Gods vision, mission and values and have the energy and resilience to lead Gretton Court in it's next chapter. Their aim is to be truly outstanding, providing care which makes a difference to people's lives and achieve real outcomes.

The Hospital of God is passionate about enabling people living with a dementia to be able to lead a fulfilled, happy and contented life and want to be the best nursing home in the north east. They really value approaches like the Butterfly model and are aiming for such an approach to become entirely embedded.

You will have a good working knowledge of the Key Lines of Enquiry and be able to objectively review their service, identify areas for improvement and work with and empower the staff team to build a culture of learning.

You will be an excellent communicator, friendly, warm and welcoming, incredibly organised, energetic and resilient.

You will have experience of managing people, ideally in a nursing home. You will demonstrate your own and their values through your leadership style and behaviours. Their staff want a leader who is fair, firm, consistent, who make's time to listen, acts, who is willing to help and who fundamentally has at their very core has the best interests of residents at heart.

The charity is committed to a programme of digital transformation and is in the process of implementing the full use of Care planning and rota software. Experience of similar IT based solutions and being involved in managing change.

They want the best for their residents, the best manager and the best team and they will offer you all of the support they can. You will be an important part of the Charities management team working with colleagues from across their services.

Gretton Court is a 37 bed nursing for people living with a dementia in Hartlepool. It is rated "Good" by the CQC and has a level status through the Local Authorities Quality Service Framework. The Hospital of God is a long established Charity working in the Hartlepool and East Durham areas.
