After searching for a Quality Director for over one year, we were approached by a manufacturer for the aerospace industry in France to support their recruitment with direct headhunting. Due to the remote location, the client was having difficulty in identifying and attracting the right talent for this critical role.

Our research team in Paris was able to identify and attract talent across France with experience in this sector. They contacted direct competitors as well as companies in a similar industry.

Result

Within 2 months of taking on this challenge, our team was successful in finding the right candidate. As our client’s office was remote, we supported organising the final interviews to a very tight timescale and made sure that all the candidates were available at the right time.
