An International technology manufacturer was seeking a Polish native who was ideally fluent in both German and English to lead this start-up operation in Poland. The successful executive would have full P&L accountability whilst defining new processes and implementing a structure to ensure successful operations.

Solution

After an initial briefing with the client, Hays Executive mapped the market and created a shortlist of target companies who would be likely to employ relevant executives. Once signed off, Hays Executive mapped each organization to create a longlist of candidates and approached those who seemingly demonstrated the experience required.

Result

After preliminary interviews, Hays Executive presented a shortlist of 5 executives who demonstrated the experience and desired competencies by the client. Within 7 weeks, the role had been offered and accepted.
