A South African multinational that manages private clinics and diagnostic centres around the world asked us for support in identifying the Group CFO for Italy.

The need was to identify a manager with skills not only in budget management, management control and treasury, but also in the management of complex international governance.

 

Solution

Our team has identified managers who have skills not only from a technical-balancing profile but also with previous experience as non-executive director or as CFO of companies owned by private equity funds.

 

Result

In three months, our team has identified the ideal manager, providing suggestions and support in the negotiation phase of the economic package.
