Our Client needed comprehensive help in building a company in Poland. We have recommended the best place and general principles of operation that will bring the company success. Our Client formed his vision and our fruitful cooperation began. At the beginning we recruited for General Manager.

Solution

We have built a candidate profile and defined how experienced and what kind of person it should be. We met with the management of the company several times to understand their needs as best as we could. We have built a long list of professional candidates with extensive experience. Result

We organized an assessment centre for 4 candidates, after which the Client met with two of them. After receiving the reference, our Client decided to appointed one of the candidates. The candidate accepted the offer and became a successful General Manager in the new company. For another two months we supported the Client in activities in the new office in Warsaw.
