Hi, I'm Kate Lawson the Quality and Governance Director at Falck UK and responsible for our formal bidding with the NHS commissioners to achieve our growth strategy. I am also responsible for our quality and governance standards and compliance in service delivery within health and social care regulations.

The Head of Business Development will report directly to me and you would work alongside our Commercial Finance Manager who also reports to me in the development of compelling and quality proposal development. Within this arm of my team you will have a team of Bid Writers you will be responsible for leading to ensure the successful conclusion of bids with a high win rate.

Working closely with our operations leaders and colleagues, our established operating model provides the team with a solid playbook in order to go to market with a high quality, patient focussed and efficient offering to support this goal.

Falck's primary objective for 2021 and for the foreseeable years is to grow and extend our presence across the UK delivering high quality non-emergency patient transport. To achieve this, I am committed to building a team with the energy and skills to fulfil this ambition.
