Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA) is a thriving regional Airport serving over 1 million passengers per annum from across the region. Their growing reputation for excellence in Passenger, Freight and Business Aviation is leading the business to achieve its Vision of becoming ‘the UK’s most outstanding regional airport’.

Whilst they love sending people on their holidays and enabling family reunions, DSA is about more than travel. Located in the heart of the UK with excellent motorway infrastructure, rail links to London and major cities across the North, and not forgetting the air connectivity provided by the airport’s enviable 2893m x 60m runway, the site is perfectly situated for a range of property requirements.

An anchor to the wider development site of GatewayEast, DSA is already a major contributor to the region’s economy, currently supporting around 1,000 jobs and contributing £67m of GVA annually and with ambitious plans to do so much more.

In 2018, DSA published their Masterplan / Vision plan setting out the opportunity to generate 13,000 jobs by 2037 and are working closely with land owners and Peel Land & Property on the plans around GatewayEast, where there is potential to create up to 35,000 jobs & 3,000 new homes – worth £6.5bn to local economy by 2037.
