Choice employ over 400 staff at various locations throughout Northern Ireland providing careers in Housing Management, Development, Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance and a range of support roles in our sheltered living schemes.

Choice pay for Level 1 cover for employees and their children. The Health Cash Plan provides a range of positive healthcare benefits e.g. Medical, Dental, Health Screenings, Alternative and Complimentary therapies are included.
Staff are entitled to a minimum of 22 days annual leave plus an additional 12 statutory and public holidays (pro rata where applicable). After completion of 5 years continuous service, staff receive a further 5 days annual leave.
Choice contributes at least 6% of your salary. You will be required to contribute at least 4.5% of your salary and you may make arrangements to contribute more if you wish.
Flexibility in varying times of arrival and departure from work where applicable.
For all new employees, Choice will pay a nominated benefactor three times your annual salary in the event of your untimely death.
Choice will pay relevant membership fees of professional bodies.
Choice cares about its employees health and wellbeing. Choice have trained and dedicated Health and Wellbeing Champions whose aim is to improve workplace health and provide wellbeing support for all staff. Choice also have in place Mental Health First Aiders, who provides a point of contract for an employee who is experienced a mental health issue and can signpost to sources of help. Choice has recently introduced Menopause Champions to help and support staff.
Opportunities include completing external qualifications and continuous professional development through attendance at courses, conferences and other initiatives.
Support in continuous professional development, whereby day release is given (if possible), study and exam leave given, fees and book costs are reimbursed over the course period.
Where applicable, essential car users will be provided with car parking.

All lone workers have access to Guardian 24, a personal protective system for out of office use.
