The Role

Broadway Academy has a team of internal Cover Supervisors, as we know that trained cover teaching with a commitment to the values of the Academy and the ability to provide consistency in managing standards is the best for our students.

Cover Supervisors carry out varied cover and support duties in a busy school, for planned and last-minute teaching absences & maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

The Training

Hays Education has partnered with Broadway Academy to offer a unique opportunity to gain experience working in a school and free training on the role of a Cover Supervisor.

Candidates must be available for three days training on Monday 20th, Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd May 2024. Completion of training may lead to permanent job opportunities at Broadway Academy and/or temporary work at other local schools.
