Although housing sector experience is not essential, an understanding of the sector and of regulatory environments is desirable. If you can demonstrate a “social heart” combined with sound business thinking capability, excellent leadership skills and the ability to win support for ideas and utilise resources effectively then we’d love to hear from you.
