bpha wishes to encourage applications from senior professional leaders drawn from a variety of backgrounds. You will bring leadership and change management experience of communications and external relations in a business to customer or business to business environment, of comparable scale and complexity.

You will be an innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills as well as inclusive leadership and the ability to inspire others. Although housing sector experience is not essential, an understanding of the sector and of regulatory environments is desirable. If you can demonstrate a “social heart” combined with sound business thinking capability, excellent leadership skills and the ability to win support for ideas and utilise resources effectively then we’d love to hear from you.
