Full Induction
You will receive a structured approach to your induction to orientate to your new environment involving on-line and classroom-based training, shadowing opportunities and mentoring. During this induction period you will have a protected caseload.

We recognise that caseload management is not just a numbers game. We will work with you to ensure a balanced approach to managing your workload.

Continuing Professional Development
You will be encouraged to develop your skills through training and reflective practice. Dedicated CPD time is available. We also work closely with Bournemouth University which has a well-established post-qualifying programme of learning. This supports career development through access to programmes such as Best Interest Assessor and Practice Educator training.

Quality Reflective Supervision
Regular opportunities are provided for reflective practice through dedicated 1:1 supervision with your professional line manager and annual appraisals to review your practice and career development. You will also receive:
