At Basingstoke and Deane we are truly dedicated in using technology and digital solutions to support both our customer focused approach to service delivery and the transformation and futureproofing our organisation.
Over the past 12 months the council has implemented a new, modern way of working including a fully modernised office environment together with flexible working and we are currently working with an ambitious Digital Programme focusing on the implementation of technology improvements and enablers ranging from a new CRM platform, redesigning core infrastructure to the increased utilisation of Microsoft Power Platform and general M365 offering.
Our IT & Digital Transformation Service is in the heart of this work, and we are now looking for a new enthusiastic team member to help with the delivery of the much-needed refreshment of our legacy SharePoint intranet and also to convert legacy intranet apps and workflows into Microsoft Modern solutions and experiences.
This role is critical for our success, and we are keen to find the right person who is technically capable, positive, and passionate about the change and how technology can shape the organisation, but also understands the importance of usability and design as a part of internal digitalisation activities
