In our 45 years of business, we have championed a ‘growing our own’ strategy focusing on nurturing and developing all employees from the day they join the practice. This strategy has served us very well: we have partners who joined us as school leavers, were sponsored by us through college and university and worked their way up from apprentices to chartered surveyors to now be co-owners of the business.
‘Growing our own’ complements our policy of continuous learning and development for all employees and we continue to invest significant amounts of time and money in our professional development schemes. In line with our objective to be ‘a great place to work’ we recognise our responsibility to encourage all employees to learn new skills and update and maintain existing skills, knowledge and expertise.
