Allen & Overy’s move to Belfast (in 2012) was a significant and exciting step for the organisation. It gave them the opportunity to provide the highest-quality service while remaining competitive around the world. When considering where to set up their new office, Northern Ireland’s highly skilled, client-focused workforce really stood out. Three years on, few legal market commentators and even fewer rivals have ignored the impact and success of Allen & Overy’s decision to locate its 37th office in Belfast.
